Identity-verified, logged-in PCverify members will be able to view evidence-supported reports of alleged late or unpaid invoices.
Reports require administrator review, neutral wording, company response opportunities and a correction process before publication.
Carriers can see current credential status without a code. To view W-9s, license images or insurance certificates, they request permission from the operator or authorized company administrator.
Approved access lasts up to 24 hours and can be revoked.
Need proof of insurance or vehicle registration while on the road? Members can request approved documents be sent by email or fax to a verified weigh station recipient.
